Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The Royal Berkshire Green Rewards programme (the “Programme”) is operated by Green Rewards Limited, trading as Team Jump (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering as a member of the Programme (a “Member”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 If you have any questions about the Programme or your account, please contact us on 0207 326 5055 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm), by email at info@teamjump.co.uk, or by post at 141–147 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. We aim to respond to written enquiries within three working days.

1.3 The Programme is made available by Team Jump on behalf of Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust(the “Programme Sponsor”). Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is not responsible for the operation of the Programme, the awarding of Green Points, or the provision of rewards, which remain the responsibility of Team Jump.

2. Eligibility and Joining the Programme

2.1 To become a Member of the Programme you must:

  • be aged 18 or over; and
  • be a member of staff at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.

2.2 You may register via the Royal Berkshire Green Rewards website at royalberkshire.greenrewards.co.uk via the Royal Berkshire Green Rewards app, or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm).

2.3 You must have a valid email address to create an account. If your email domain is not accepted, please contact info@teamjump.co.uk or call us for assistance.

2.4 During registration you will be asked to provide personal information, including your email address, first name and surname, and to assign yourself to a team. We will process this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2.5 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account, cancel any Green Points earned, or refuse access to the Programme if we reasonably believe that the information you have provided is inaccurate or misleading.

2.6 We reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion and without liability.

2.7 The named account holder is responsible for all activity on their account and for ensuring that their login details are kept secure.

3. Earning Green Points

3.1 Members may earn “Green Points” by completing actions communicated on the Programme website or app. We reserve the right to change eligible actions, point values, and earning frequency at any time.

3.2 Details of eligible actions, earning rates, and limits are displayed on the Programme website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand these.

3.3 Where actions are limited to a defined number within a given period, we may reject additional submissions. You may dispute a rejected submission by contacting info@teamjump.co.uk. Our decision following investigation is final.

3.4 If you dispute the number of Green Points awarded to an action you have logged, we will only consider amendments where the dispute is raised within one month of the action being logged. Any review and amendment of Green Points values will be carried out at our discretion following investigation, and our decision will be final.

3.5 Green Points may only be earned for actions completed within the two weeks immediately preceding the current date and may not be earned for future dates.

3.6 While we aim to award Green Points promptly, we are not liable for any delay in doing so.

3.7 Green Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and no alternative will be provided.

4. Prizes and Rewards

4.1 Available prizes and rewards are displayed on the Programme website and app and may change from time to time. We will notify Members of any material changes.

4.2 We may carry out reasonable checks to verify the legitimacy of points submissions. Where points are suspected to have been earned incorrectly or dishonestly, we may adjust or remove those points and contact the relevant Member.

4.3 Winners will be notified by email or telephone. Where a choice of reward is offered, you must respond within the timeframe specified to claim your prize.

4.4 No cash alternative is available, and rewards must be selected from the options presented.

4.5 Vouchers and rewards may be supplied by third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays caused by those providers.

5. Team Competitions and Donations

5.1 Where applicable, Members may be able to earn donations for local community projects or charities through team-based competitions. Details will be provided on the Programme website or app and may change from time to time.

6. Communications

6.1 As part of the Programme, you will receive email communications and mobile app notifications to support your engagement. These may include service emails, weekly reminders, and monthly newsletters.

6.2 You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email, via your account settings, by emailing info@teamjump.co.uk, or by calling 0207 326 5055.

7. Account Management and Inactivity

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date. You can review and update your details via the “My Account” area of the website.

7.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

7.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any loss of Green Points resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

7.4 If your account remains inactive (no logins or activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the account. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so.

7.5 Where we reasonably suspect that Green Points are being earned dishonestly, and that such behaviour is intentional or repeated, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We will provide notice of any such suspension and may carry out further investigation before deciding whether to reinstate or permanently deactivate the account.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Details of how we collect, use, and protect personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

8.3 We may use trusted third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf for the purposes of operating and improving the Programme. These providers are contractually required to comply with data protection law and to implement appropriate security measures.

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. Continued participation in the Programme after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Programme, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, or power failures.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content, software, trademarks, and logos associated with the Programme are owned by Team Jump or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any such materials without prior written consent.

12.2 By submitting any content to the Programme, including but not limited to text, images, videos, comments, survey responses, or activity submissions (“Member Content”), you confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. Members must ensure that any individuals identifiable in submitted content have consented to the content being shared for the purposes described above.

12.3 By submitting Member Content, you grant Team Jump a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish and display that content for the purposes of operating, promoting and communicating about the Programme, including use in marketing, promotional and reporting materials, on public-facing websites, social media platforms, digital communications, and offline channels. We may edit Member Content for length or clarity, provided the original meaning is not materially altered. Where using Member Content, Team Jump will exercise discretion and sensitivity to the subject matter.

Where Member Content includes personal data, it will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
